Before playing Valorant game on low-end PCs, make sure to close all services and applications which are running in the background that are using CPU or memory. 

Follow the Steps:

Press (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) for open Task Manager.
In the top-right window clicks on the “Network” tab and sort out the processes table by using the table.
